Terms of Service

By signing in to GrantPulse and using the match ranking, save, and digest features you agree to the terms below. The summary in each section is non-binding; the full text is what governs.

Who can use GrantPulse

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. You may use the free tier without providing payment details; the Pro plan requires a valid payment method through Stripe. If you are accepting these terms on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Acceptable use

You agree not to scrape the ranking, reverse-engineer the matching algorithm, share your account credentials, or use GrantPulse to mass-harvest grant listings for a competing product. We may rate-limit, throttle, or suspend accounts that strain the service for other users; we will explain the limit and the path back to normal in the notification.

Data sources and accuracy

Grants shown in GrantPulse originate from Grants.gov and other published federal feeds. We do our best to keep the ranking current, but closing dates, award ceilings, and eligibility language may change upstream after we have already indexed an opportunity. Always confirm the details on Grants.gov itself before you submit an application.

Pro plan — billing and refunds

The Pro plan is billed monthly via Stripe at the price shown on the upgrade page. You can cancel any time from the Account page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and we will not charge you again. If we have charged you in error, or if the Pro features fail to work for the first seven days after a charge, email grantpulse-9@polsia.app and we will refund the most recent charge.

Liability

GrantPulse provides a matching convenience on top of publicly available federal data. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any missed opportunity, missed deadline, or any decision you make based on the ranking. If a court finds any term of this section unenforceable, the rest of the agreement still applies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
